EMERGENCY SERVICE TERMS

Dudley & Associates Licensed Electrical Contractors, Inc. is committed to providing rapid, reliable emergency electrical services 24/7/365. By engaging our emergency services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

EMERGENCY SERVICE RATES

Initial Response Fee: $375.00

Covers the first hour of service, including diagnosis and initial repairs

Additional Labor: $125.00 per hour

Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour

Parts and Materials: Charged separately

All necessary parts and materials will be itemized on your invoice

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment for emergency services is due at the time of service completion
  • We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash
  • A detailed invoice and receipt will be provided for insurance or reimbursement purposes
  • Property management companies with established accounts may qualify for special billing arrangements

SERVICE DEFINITIONS

  • Emergency Service: Defined as electrical issues posing immediate safety hazards, significant business disruption, or complete loss of power
  • Response Time: Our average response time in Manhattan is 60 minutes; outer borough response times may vary based on location and conditions
  • After-Hours Service: Emergency rates apply to all service calls outside normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), weekends, and holidays

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate information about the emergency situation.

Ensure safe access to the affected area.

Authorize any additional work beyond the initial diagnosis.

Make payment upon service completion.
